It would actualy be very easy to re-erect the stones if heavy machinary was used.
Doing it the old way would take a long time.
Excavation of each stone would take a week based on the recent Beckhampton dig.
Of course the NT will say "we haven't got the money!" after robbing the public via the car park.
I doubt very much we will see any of them raised in our lifetime.
