Indeed. This very day I came across a 1903 reference to a standing stone in the village of Ballinacarraig, i.e. 'Rock Town', to which it probably gave its name, about half a mile from Newgrange.

It doesn't exist now, but it was part of the Boyne Valley complex and so should be recorded somewhere.
