this is a very friendly pub, with a good mix of locals and visitors. the beer is good, and they also do excellent pizzas, famous in the area. the barman has an obsession with an 80s music video channel, but The Bangles go surprisingly well with a pint of Guinness. this is by far the best pub in Strathyre - we went a wandering after a couple here, but soon came back and settled in for the evening, and that was us until 2:30 |
